Assist global financial system users of different Lines of Business with system problems and Oracle specific problems in the Projects/AP/AR/GL modules:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests from users via the online support request tool in a potentially heavy volume environment
- Evaluate and research issues and provide timely and accurate support.
- Interview users to collect information about problem and to help determine source of the issue.
- Troubleshoot employee timesheet recording issues – related to projects/tasks and/or employee assignments
- Obtain approval and provision MIS Security rights to domestic and international users.
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed resolutions in the online support request tool.
