For our Client, international company with global reach, we are currently looking for a person to join a newly created HR & Payroll Administration team based in Łódź. We are open for candidates with HR experience as well as for juniors - the company is providing a full training!
Your new role:
HR & Payroll Administration team will be supporting company's employees in 8 European countries (mainly German speaking) in all employee processes from hire to retire (employees data input, administration of vacancies, leaves, hires, promotions, transfers, benefits, payroll data input, etc.). Beside administrative tasks, team members would actively support employees by resolving their questions and problems via email or phone conversations.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with various experiences. As this is a newly created team we are seeking for both experienced HR & Payroll specialists as well as applicants for an entry level positions willing to learn or seeking an opportunity to change the career path. Due to the international scope of roles, we are looking for candidates with good English and fluent German. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented person with good communications skills, open to help others and support fellow employees.
