Your main responsibility will be helping clients with solving technical problems: diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software. You’ll be taking care of ticket management - opening tickets for employees when needed, prompt ticket follow up and resolution.
Requirements: We’re looking for a person with fluent English (B2) and French (B2). You need to be able to resolve technical problems. You are obliged to expertise troubleshoot, hardware, software and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices. You have to be keen on providing remote support by phone, e-mail and remote assistance session. You also have ability to disturb, install, update and uninstall software applications.
