Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree;
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent, with a passion for Recruitment and Employer Branding
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in line management
  • Knowledge of shared service business environment, with strong preference knowledge of the local job market
  • Experienced in highly dynamic environment with proven track record in effective handling of complex and challenging stakeholders
  • experience in leading a team covering Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding 
  • Ability to prioritize and provide guidance and direction to the organization with multiple talent needs and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 
  • excellent change management skills and analytical skills
  • International experience a strong plus

Our Human Resources function collaborate with the business to attract, develop and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively implement business strategy.

The Talent Center of Expertise (CoE) delivers integrated talent services including talent acquisition, talent management, sourcing, employer branding and social media solutions. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with relevant experience and background for the Talent team at our Global Business Services in Krakow.

Tasks:

  • Lead a team of Talent Partners and Employer Branding Experts to assure a proactive, effective and efficient Talent Acquisition process, sustainable Employer Branding and Talent strategy of ABB Business Services organization 
  • Own end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external hires and assure compliance with group HR policies as well as with local labor law regulations
  • Work with the leadership and department managers to proactively identify business risks related to Talent and work with cross functional teams to develop and implement mitigation actions
  • Take actions to drive digitalization, automation and data transparency through the recruitment process
  • Liaise with Learning and Talent function to leverage the internal talent mobility
  • Liaise with the Management and adjunct supporting functions to continuously grow organization maturity 
  • Understand business hiring needs in the context of talent market and job market developments, trends, risks and opportunities
