Finance Process Manager

Your main tasks would be:
Responsible for conceptualizing and leading the design of RTR processes to support the Finance organization within CBRE. Executes on initiatives and manages a team of direct reports (as applicable) who will support the architecting of financial processes. Conducts detailed research via stakeholder meetings to identify where process improvements can be made. Reviews the quality of work and process improvement proposals of the team.
Global ownership of General Ledger processes across CBRE. This includes journal entry, intercompany, banking, foreign exchange and other General Ledger processes as directed.
Evaluates and proposes process improvements (Waste elimination, Automation, RPA, Centralization near/offshore) and/or engineers new processes from the ground up.
Reviews process sequences, interactions, decision points, and roles and assesses the feasibility of those processes.
Reviews the quality of work, proposed process improvements, and considers process problems as presented by their team. Provides feedback and advises next steps accordingly.
Works with process users to identify issues or pain-points. Conducts detailed research via stakeholder meetings to identify where process improvements can be made.
Defines and manages interfaces with other processes ensuring interdependencies and other factors are thoughtfully aligned.
Communicates process changes to the process users.
Communicates input requirements to internal suppliers.
Meets process output requirements of internal customers.
Monitors, measures, analyzes, and evaluates processes after implementation and/or in current state of execution.
Owner of application provisioning and de-provisioning for applications in scope (as needed).
Identifies process documentation/writing needs; communicates these needs to the Sr Manager and/or Director effectively.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Perfect candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, IT, or a related field of study.
Minimum of 5-7 year’ experience.
Detailed experience and understanding of RTR General Ledger processes.
Experience working within a SOX control environment.
Experience with project scope development, programming, conceptual design, and financial regulatory compliance.
Experience using of Peoplesoft or MS Dynamics AX
Applies excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Provides efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Responds effectively to sensitive issues and work collaboratively with business partners, key employees, top management, and client groups on various projects.
Comprehends, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles
