Back Office Specialist with French or German

Duties:
• responsibility for preparation, implementation and coordination offers for Sales Leaders,
• cooperation with external vendors,
• support the programs and offers operationally,
• supporting project leader in everyday tasks,
• To give direct pre- and post-sales technical support to customers,

Requirements:
• very good command of French or German,
• communicative English is a must,
• excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work across departments,
• creativity and eagerness to look for an inspiration all around you,
• have good organizational skills and attention to details,
• good knowledge of MS Office (PowePoint, Excel, Outlook) will be an asset.
