DUTCH Native Speakers

• Interacting with business partners on a daily basis mostly by e-mail and phone in order to provide excellent customer care,
• Creating offers for services and solutions in accordance to client’s wishes,
• Supporting clients with their technical queries, directly or in cooperation with professionals,
• Work closely with the customers and maintain good working relationship,
• Consistently updating your products and services knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent DUTCH (C1) in speech and writing,
• Very good English (B2/C1) in speech and writing,
• MS Office proficiency,
• High level of responsibility for designated tasks,
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
• Analytical thinking.
