Dutch-speaking Client Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answer e-mail correspondence and telephone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Input accurate information in computer system
• Create, maintain, and organize customer files
• Process customers orders of products and services

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch and intermediate English 
• Very good MS Office skills,
• Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
• Willingness to learn with can-do attitude
• University degree
