Scope of responsibilities:
- managing and monitoring employee lifecycle related changes (e.g. hires, transfers, ending of employments, promotions, salary changes, etc.),
- maintaining personal documentation of employees,
- organizing onboarding together with other stakeholders,
- administrating private healthcare benefit,
- supporting Payroll Specialist in data collection related to compensation changes and payroll checks,
- working on process improvements; helping local market to adapt to global processes,
- supporting HRBPs, Line Managers, Employees in HR related queries.
