Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.
Responsibilities
Review and categorize social media content
Review and take action on content that violates policies including copyright/pirated content
Judge/decide on content by referring to client policy/guidelines
Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations
Documentation support & research
Required Skills
Proficient Arabic - is a must
Communicative English
Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions
A passion for social media
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Availability to work full time (shift system)
Valid work permit
