(Junior) Order Specialist with German/French/Italian

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing documentation and entering information into the database
• Providing support to existing Customers via email and telephone (cases related to invoices, orders, payments, loyalty cards, procerures)
• Entering orders into computer system
• Providing Clients with clear solutions and information

EXPECTATIONS:

• Very good command of German/French/Italian
• Communicative level of English
• Analytical mind
• Previous working experience welcome, but we are open to meet Candidates who are looking for a first job
