Junior Language Specialist with Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Contact with foreign clients,
• Booking of invoices,
• Provide various administrative activities,
• Creating various reports,
• Resolution of mismatches and handle inquiries,
• Maintenance of vendor master data,
• Identification of gaps and implementation of new solutions to the process.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Dutch language (B2/C1),
• Good command of English language,
• Experience in customer service or other internships will be an asset,
• Good communication & interpersonal skills,
• Customer orientation.
