Business Clients Advisor with German

Duties:

• Dealing with all types of customers’ queries and disputes within the role,
• Ensuring complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared timely and that no unmatched item remains open,
• Communicating with customers and the Client in a professional manner,
• Co-operation and support to all team members,
• Applies the correct billing parameters to ensure invoices are correctly processed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in German language,
• Good command of English,
• Valid work permit,
• Knowledge of MS Office package.
