Customer Service Representative with Dutch

Duties:
• Understanding the customer’s business needs,
• Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email),
• Diagnosing and resolving client’s issues related to companies product,
• Changing data in internal system,
• Building long term relationships with clients,
• Supporting your team in daily activities.

Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English,
• Higher education (bachelor’s degree),
• Very well developed communication and organizational skills,
• Knowledge of the MS Office package at a good level,
• Communicative English will be an asset.
