Junior Process Specialist with German (back office)

Duties:
- Working closely with the Key Clients and maintaining good working relationship via e-mail
- Handling end-to-end payment process
- Dealing with emails requests from the customers located in Germany
- Cooperating with other teams in order to resolve incidents via chat
- Identifying service improvement opportunities to key service management stakeholders
Requirements:
- German & English on B2 level
- Good knowledge of Excel is a must!
- Excellent communication skills and ability of establishing and maintaining of relationship with demanding customers
- Engagement, independence, excellent work organization
- Openness to work with an international team
